The Shepherds Cottages are the newest venture by The Salty Shepherd and offers guests two lovely, family friendly, three bedroomed former farm worker’s cottages on a working farm, right on the edge of the village of Camber. You will be less than a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Camber Sands, yet away from the noise of the village. Escape back to your private gardens after a hot day on the beach, or the lovely log burner after a long winters walk.

Downstairs is a small entrance porch and then large double aspect kitchen diner with plenty of seating for 6. All the essentials are there; dishwasher, large fridge freezer, induction hob and large oven, nespresso coffee machine.
Off the kitchen is a large shower room and next to it a utility room with butlers sink, washing machine and tumble drier and access to the good sized and very pretty garden which overlook the marsh. Back through the kitchen is a sitting room and playroom/snug with two really comfy sofas,woodburner, smart tv and games.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with twin beds. As with the other cottage, all have the comfiest of French linen sheets and mattresses that our guests rave about! The large bathroom has a full sized bath and a huge shower.
Outside you will find a lovely garden, fully fenced and secure. Some of it has been decked and has a table and chairs for 6/8 people. The rest is laid to lawn with some established trees. The views from here reach across the farm and are a real sight on a quiet summers evening. You will also find a handy shed and the ever essential bbq!

Details:
You will find all you will need for a family holiday – fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans and all manner of utensils. The basics are also provided; salt, pepper, ketchup, tea and coffee. If you need anything else, please just ask. Plenty of crockery, mugs etc, but also melamine for eating outside or taking to the beach. The sofas are comfy, as are the beds – bath towels are fluffy and new. Please note, we don’t provide picnic blankets or beach towels.
The cottages both have WIFI and a smart TV in the sitting room, however we don’t provide a DVD player.
